Is the driver-facing camera required?
No. You choose road-only or dual-facing per vehicle. Many fleets start road-only and add the cab view where risk justifies it.
How fast can I get footage after an incident?
Collision and harsh events upload automatically within minutes. Any other moment can be requested from the dashboard and typically arrives while you're still on the phone.
What about state audio consent laws?
Several states require two-party consent for in-cab audio. Audio can be disabled fleet-wide or per vehicle, and our onboarding covers driver notice best practice.
