About us

A proven platform. A straight deal.

Nexus Telematics brings a fleet platform proven over more than a decade and thousands of fleets to US businesses — with US-stocked hardware, US support hours, and pricing published in the open.

Why we exist

The two giants of US fleet technology have moved upmarket. Their homepages talk to Fortune 500 logistics divisions. Their pricing hides behind qualification forms. Their contracts run three years. If you run 15 trucks, you're a lead score to them — not a customer.

We built Nexus for the 20-truck plumbing company, the regional delivery operator, the construction firm with a yard full of equipment that keeps walking off. Fleets that need visibility, safety, and lower costs — without an enterprise sales process standing between them and a price.

The platform behind Nexus has tracked fleets since 2013. What's new is the deal: published pricing, month-to-month terms, a lifetime hardware warranty, and support that picks up the phone. We win by being the vendor the giants stopped being.

Real fleets, real work — the operations Nexus is built around.

What we believe

The four commitments, expanded

Published pricing

If a vendor won't show you a price, they're pricing you, not the product. Our plans are on the website, and the quote you receive matches them. That discipline keeps us honest about value every single month.

Month-to-month, earned

Long contracts exist to survive bad products. We'd rather earn January in December. Month-to-month terms are available on every plan, and our retention is our report card.

Hardware is our problem

A tracker that fails in year four shouldn't be your capital expense. Lifetime warranty, for as long as you subscribe — we build the replacement cost into our economics, not your risk.

Humans answer

When a truck is missing at 7 AM, a chatbot is an insult. Sales and support are staffed by people who know the product, in US business hours, on a phone number that's on every page.
