Why we ask instead of showing a checkout
Plan mix per vehicle (not every truck needs a camera) and fleet size change the total. Five minutes on the phone gets you a number we can put our name on — not a teaser that grows at checkout.
Pricing questions, answered straight
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Month-to-month is available on every plan. Annual terms are offered with a discount if you want one — but they're a choice, not a requirement.
Is hardware included in the plan price?
Yes. Every plan includes rental of the hardware it needs: Track, Manage, and Complete come with a GPS tracker (plug-in or hardwired, your choice), and the Vision plan includes a dual-channel AI dash cam plus a 1 GB data plan for live streaming and cloud upload. No separate hardware invoice.
What's the difference between Complete and Vision?
Vision is everything in Complete plus the camera program: a dual-channel (road- and driver-facing) AI dash cam, its rental, and a 1 GB data plan that powers live streaming and automatic event-clip upload — all inside the $40 per vehicle per month.
What happens if a tracker or camera fails?
We replace it free under the lifetime hardware warranty, for as long as you subscribe. Rented hardware is our problem, not yours.
What about installation?
Installation isn't included, and for most fleets it isn't needed — plug-and-play kits mean most customers self-install in minutes per vehicle. For hardwired trackers and cameras, our nationwide installer network can do the work at your yard.
How fast does hardware ship?
Trackers and cameras ship from US stock, typically within two business days of your order. Plug-in units are on your vehicles the day the box arrives.
Are there setup or activation fees?
No setup fees, no activation fees. The per-vehicle monthly price — hardware rental included — is the whole bill.
What about taxes?
Prices are shown plus applicable taxes, which vary by state.
Are the published prices exact?
Published prices are "from" rates per vehicle per month. Your exact quote depends on fleet size and plan mix — larger fleets get volume pricing. The quote will be in writing, and it will match what this page told you to expect.
